In order to protect human health and safety, safeguard the environment, and fulfill the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China, Drug Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, and Regulations on Import and Export Administration of Goods of the People’s Republic of China, we hereby publish the “Catalogue of Prohibited Import Goods (Eighth Batch)” and “Catalogue of Prohibited Export Goods (Seventh Batch)”.

This announcement shall take effect from the date of its publication. It does not apply to goods used for laboratory-scale research or as reference standards.
